CCTV Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor all CCTV surveillance systems and security cameras within the Control Centre.
• Conduct continuous and effective CCTV monitoring to identify suspicious, unusual, or unauthorized activities.
• Accurately record all incidents, events, observations, and actions taken in clear and detailed written reports.
• Immediately report security incidents, suspicious activities, or irregularities to the appropriate authorities or management.
• Maintain accurate surveillance logs, records, and other required documentation.
• Regularly check surveillance equipment to ensure it is functioning properly and promptly report any technical issues or faults.
• Comply with all company policies, standard operating procedures, security regulations, and confidentiality requirements at all times.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar CCTV Operator, Control Room Operator, or security monitoring role.
• Basic computer skills with practical experience using CCTV and surveillance monitoring systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent observation skills with the ability to identify minor details or unusual activities that may otherwise be overlooked.
• Ability to work independently, remain alert for extended periods, and effectively multitask in a control room environment.
• Must be available to join immediately.
• Candidates currently residing in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) will be preferred.
