CCTV Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor all CCTV cameras continuously and ensure proper surveillance of the factory premises.
• Monitor production areas, warehouses, gates, parking areas, offices, and other critical locations.
• Identify suspicious activities, unauthorized entry, theft, damage, or unusual behavior.
• Immediately report security incidents to the Security Supervisor or Management.
• Maintain CCTV monitoring records, incident reports, and observation logs.
• Check CCTV cameras regularly and report any technical problems or camera failures.
• Monitor entry and exit points of employees, visitors, vehicles, contractors, and material movements.
• Review recorded CCTV footage whenever required for investigations.
• Maintain confidentiality of CCTV recordings and security-related information.
• Coordinate with security guards and other departments during emergencies or incidents.
• Ensure that important CCTV footage is properly saved and backed up when required.
• Follow company security policies, safety procedures, and emergency protocols.
• Maintain proper handover/takeover records between shifts.

Requirements

• Minimum 10th/12th pass; relevant security or CCTV experience preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience as a CCTV Operator, preferably in a factory or textile/manufacturing company.
• Basic knowledge of CCTV systems, DVR/NVR, cameras, and video playback.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good observation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts.
• Must be alert, responsible, disciplined, and trustworthy.
