CCTV Operator

We are hiring for a CCTV Operator is responsible for continuously monitoring surveillance cameras, identifying suspicious or unusual activity, maintaining accurate incident records, and immediately reporting security concerns to the appropriate supervisor or security team. The role requires strong observation skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to remain focused for extended periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems continuously during assigned shifts.
• Observe entrances, exits, parking areas, public spaces, restricted areas, and other designated locations.
• Identify suspicious behavior, unauthorized access, safety concerns, theft, vandalism, or other unusual activities.
• Immediately report incidents to the Security Supervisor, Security Manager, or concerned department.
• Coordinate with security guards and response teams when intervention is required.
• Maintain accurate CCTV monitoring logs, incident reports, and shift handover records.
• Review recorded footage when requested for investigations or incident verification.
• Assist management and authorized personnel in retrieving relevant footage.
• Ensure all CCTV cameras, monitors, recording systems, and related equipment are functioning properly.
• Report camera faults, blind spots, recording issues, or equipment failures immediately.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all CCTV footage, security information, and incident details.
• Ensure CCTV footage is accessed only by authorized personnel.
• Follow company security procedures, site policies, and emergency response protocols.
• Monitor fire alarms, access-control systems, or other integrated security systems where applicable.
• Support emergency situations by providing real-time camera information to the security team.
• Remain alert throughout the shift and maintain professional conduct at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a CCTV Operator or in security operations is preferred.
• SIRA certification is required where applicable in Dubai.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong observation and concentration skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to prepare clear incident reports.
• Ability to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Physically and mentally alert.
• Professional appearance and disciplined attitude.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance equipment, incident reporting, access control, emergency response procedures, security operations, basic MS Office, and radio/walkie-talkie communication.

Pay: From AED2,400.00 per month
