CCTV Operator

About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and sharp CCTV Operator to keep our property, assets, equipment, and team safe. Your main job is to watch our security cameras, spot potential problems early, and report them quickly. If you have great patience, sharp eyes, and can stay focused during long shifts, we want you on our team!

What You Will Do

• Watch live camera feeds carefully throughout your shift.
• Spot unusual activities, safety hazards, or unauthorized people.
• Act fast during emergencies by calling onsite guards or the management.
• Write clear, honest notes about any incidents that happen.
• Keep a close watch to prevent equipment, tool and material theft.
• Monitor entry doors to ensure no unauthorized person slip inside company property.

• High Patience & Focus: You can watch quiet screens for hours without getting distracted or checking your phone.
• Sharp Eyes: You notice small things that look out of place or suspicious.
• Calm Under Pressure: You stay calm and speak clearly when something goes wrong.
• Honesty & Discretion: You respect people’s privacy and keep workplace information strictly confidential.
• Basic Computer Skills: You know how to operate camera software and type basic reports using MS Excel and Word.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Experience as a CCTV operator or security guard is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends.
• Clear background check.
• Perform others task that maybe assigned from time to time

Pay: From Php19,630.00 per month

Experience:

• CCTV Surveillance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• NBI Clearance (Preferred)
• Basic 5 Medical Clearance for employment (Preferred)
• Police Clearance (Preferred)
• Drug Test Clearance (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Preferred)
