CCTV Operator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a vigilant and reliable CCTV Operator to monitor and secure our retail premises and Branches networks.
Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor multiple CCTV feeds across stores, warehouses, and offices.
• Detect suspicious activities, security breaches, and safety hazards; promptly report and respond as per protocol.
• Record, review, and maintain accurate incident logs and surveillance reports.
• Coordinate with on-site security personnel, store managers, and local authorities as needed.
• Ensure proper functioning of all surveillance equipment; perform basic troubleshooting and notify maintenance when necessary.
• Enforce company security policies and health & safety guidelines.
• Conduct periodic checks of entry/exit points, alarm systems, and access controls.
• Assist with investigations by providing clear video footage and timelines.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of security data.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a CCTV operator or in a similar security role.
• Proficiency with common CCTV systems and security software; ability to operate DVR/NVR systems.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication in Urdu; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts; stay alert for extended periods.
• Basic technical aptitude for equipment troubleshooting.
• Trustworthy with a good sense of judgment and ethics.
• Physical ability to sit/stand for long periods and occasional lifting of light equipment.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
