JOB TITLE: CCTV Operator || DEPARTMENT: Security / Operations || LOCATION: Gurugram (Relocation Required) || SALARY: Up to ₹25,000 per month (Depends on Interview) || WORK SCHEDULE: 6 Days a Week | 10 AM to 7 PM | WFO | Full Time || EXPERIENCE: 1–2 Years || QUALIFICATION: 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a responsible, alert, and vigilant CCTV Operator to monitor CCTV surveillance systems and ensure the safety and security of company premises.

The candidate will be responsible for monitoring live and recorded footage, identifying suspicious activities, maintaining surveillance records, reporting incidents, and coordinating with the security team for timely action.

The ideal candidate should have good observation skills, attention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and basic knowledge of CCTV and surveillance systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1.

CCTV Monitoring

• Monitor live CCTV footage across company premises/branches.
• Observe activities and identify suspicious or unusual behaviour.
• Keep continuous watch on critical areas and sensitive locations.
• Ensure proper monitoring as per company security protocols.

2. Incident Detection & Reporting

• Identify and immediately report security breaches, suspicious activities, theft, or other unusual incidents.
• Inform the concerned authorities/security team about incidents.
• Maintain proper records of reported incidents.
• Escalate critical situations to the appropriate management team.

3. CCTV Footage Review

• Review recorded CCTV footage whenever required.
• Search and retrieve relevant footage for investigation purposes.
• Support management/security teams during incident investigations.
• Maintain confidentiality of surveillance footage and information.

4. CCTV System Monitoring

• Ensure CCTV cameras and surveillance systems are functioning properly.
• Report camera failures, recording issues, blind spots, or technical problems.
• Coordinate with the concerned technical/security team for troubleshooting and resolution.

5. Surveillance Records & Documentation

• Maintain daily CCTV monitoring logs and records.
• Document incidents, observations, and security-related activities.
• Prepare basic surveillance reports as required.
• Maintain proper records of footage review and incidents.

6. Security Team Coordination

• Coordinate with security guards and other security personnel.
• Support the security team during incidents and emergencies.
• Provide relevant information/footage when required.
• Ensure timely communication regarding suspicious activities.

7. Safety & Compliance

• Follow company security policies, protocols, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality of CCTV footage and company information.
• Ensure responsible use of surveillance systems.
• Report any security-related concern immediately.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in CCTV monitoring, surveillance, or security operations.
• 12th Pass required; Graduate preferred.
• Basic knowledge of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR, and surveillance systems.
• Good observation and monitoring skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to identify suspicious activities and respond appropriately.
• Basic reporting and documentation skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Willingness to relocate to Gurugram.
• Comfortable working 6 days a week, 10 AM to 7 PM.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate should be alert, responsible, observant, and disciplined, with the ability to continuously monitor CCTV footage and identify unusual activities.

Candidates with previous experience in CCTV monitoring, security operations, surveillance, retail security, or multi-location security monitoring will be preferred.
