Duties

• Continuously monitor multiple CCTV cameras to observe activity across various areas of the facility
• Detect and respond promptly to suspicious behavior or security breaches
• Maintain detailed records of surveillance activities, incidents, and observations through accurate report writing
• Collaborate with security personnel and emergency responders during incidents or emergencies
• Conduct routine checks on surveillance equipment to ensure optimal functionality
• Assist in conducting security audits, fence checks, and area inspections as needed
• Support first aid procedures by providing initial assistance in case of minor injuries or emergencies

Requirements

• Proven experience or strong interest in surveillance, security operations, or related fields
• Excellent observational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to write clear, concise reports documenting incidents and observations
• Knowledge of basic first aid procedures and the ability to respond calmly during emergencies
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and emergency responders
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays if required
