CCTV Operator

Job Summary

The CCTV Operator is responsible for monitoring surveillance cameras and security systems to ensure the safety and security of hotel guests, employees, visitors, and property. The role involves identifying suspicious activities, reporting security incidents, and maintaining accurate monitoring records in accordance with hotel security procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems across hotel premises and designated areas.
• Observe and identify suspicious activities, security risks, and unusual incidents.
• Immediately report security concerns and emergencies to the Security Supervisor or concerned personnel.
• Coordinate with security personnel and other departments in responding to incidents.
• Maintain accurate logs of incidents, observations, and monitoring activities.
• Review and retrieve CCTV footage upon authorized request and in accordance with company policies.
• Ensure the proper operation of CCTV equipment and promptly report technical issues or system malfunctions.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of recorded footage and other sensitive information.
• Assist in documenting incidents and preparing security reports when necessary.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school graduate; vocational or college-level education is an advantage.
• Preferably with experience in CCTV monitoring, security operations, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with CCTV systems, surveillance equipment, and basic computer operations.
• Keen observation skills and strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to respond promptly to incidents.
• Trustworthy, alert, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per month
