CCTV Operator

Responsibilities:

• CCTV Monitoring & Surveillance: Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage to ensure the safety and security of company premises.
• Incident Detection & Reporting: Identify suspicious activities, security breaches, and unusual incidents, and promptly report findings to the appropriate personnel.
• Surveillance System Operation: Operate and maintain CCTV systems, surveillance equipment, and other related security tools.
• Incident Documentation & Investigation Support: Prepare detailed incident reports and review recorded footage to support investigations and verification.
• Security Coordination & Emergency Response: Coordinate with security personnel, store staff, and management to address security concerns and provide real-time information during emergencies.
• Confidentiality & Protocol Compliance: Safeguard surveillance footage and security records while adhering to company policies, security protocols, and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Criminology or any related course, such as Security Management or its equivalent.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in CCTV monitoring, security operations, or a related field. Fresh graduates may also be considered.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiar with CCTV systems, surveillance equipment, and established security protocols.
• Documentation: Knowledgeable in incident reporting, recordkeeping, and documentation procedures.
• Work Schedule: Willing to work on shifting schedules and perform extended monitoring duties.
