CCTV Surveillance Operator

Responsible for monitoring CCTV cameras and surveillance systems to ensure store security, detect suspicious activities, prevent losses, and report security incidents. Ensures proper monitoring, documentation, and escalation of incidents in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• CCTV Monitoring – Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage to identify suspicious activities, security risks, and potential violations of company policies.
• Incident Reporting – Document and report theft, fraud, safety concerns, and other unusual activities to the appropriate department or supervisor.
• Footage Review – Review and retrieve recorded footage when investigating incidents, discrepancies, or reported cases.
• Loss Prevention – Monitor store activities, including sales transactions, inventory handling, stock movements, and employee conduct, to identify potential losses or irregularities.
• Coordination and Escalation – Immediately report significant incidents to the supervisor, Store Operations, or authorized security personnel for proper action.
• Records Management – Maintain accurate logs of incidents, monitoring activities, and footage requests while ensuring confidentiality.
• System Monitoring – Check CCTV equipment and report technical issues, camera malfunctions, or recording interruptions.
• Policy Compliance – Follow company security procedures and data privacy policies in handling surveillance footage and related information.

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
