Position: IT Technician – CCTV / SystemDepartment

Job Summary

We are looking for a practical and responsive IT Technician to provide technical support and maintenance for our IT systems across offices, branches, warehouses and showrooms.

The role involves hands-on support for computer hardware, networking, CCTV, printers, attendance systems, servers, Tally, ERP and other IT applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and other IT hardware.
• Install and configure software, operating systems, drivers and computer hardware.
• Install, configure and maintain CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems and related networking.
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing, routers, switches and CAT6 cabling.
• Maintain attendance machines and attendance systems.
• Provide basic support for servers, Tally, ERP and other business applications.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to users.
• Conduct regular IT hardware, CCTV and system maintenance.
• Maintain IT asset records and support periodic hardware audits.
• Assist with IT equipment procurement and technical requirements.
• Prepare required IT reports, including the mandatory Daily Summary Report (DSR).
• Attend technical requirements at branches and other company locations when required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Networking or a related field.
• 2–5 years of practical IT Technician / IT Support experience preferred.
• UAE experience will be an advantage.
• Hands-on experience in computer hardware, networking, CCTV and end-user technical support is required.
• Experience with ERP, attendance systems or IT asset management will be an advantage.
• English & Malayalam language proficiency is mandatory.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,400.00 per month

Work Location: In person
