Hiring: Field Officer
*Role Overview:*
Be the on-ground representative at project sites. Supervise CCTV installations, manage field teams, ensure quality & safety, and keep daily progress on track.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Supervise CCTV installation (cameras, cabling, fiber splicing, NVR racks).
* Ensure work matches drawings & specs.
* Manage subcontracted labour & manpower.
* Submit daily progress reports with photos.
* Track material usage & raise requisitions
* Enforce site safety & compliance.
*Requirements:*
* ITI/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/CCTV (or equivalent field experience).
* 2–5 years in CCTV/ELV installation & supervision.
* Knowledge of IP cameras, fiber optics, PoE switches, NVR racks.
* Strong communication in Hindi/English & local language.
* Willingness to travel extensively.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
