Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible CCTV Technician to handle the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CCTV surveillance systems across company premises. The candidate should have practical experience in CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, networking, and related security equipment to ensure uninterrupted surveillance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and repair CCTV cameras and surveillance systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot camera, DVR/NVR, wiring, power supply, and connectivity issues.
• Maintain and monitor CCTV systems to ensure proper functioning and recording.
• Handle IP cameras, analog cameras, video recording systems, and basic network configurations.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of surveillance equipment.
• Check and repair cabling, connectors, adapters, and other related hardware.
• Configure remote viewing and mobile access wherever required.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment replacements.
• Coordinate with management and other departments to address surveillance-related requirements.
• Ensure the security systems remain operational and report technical issues promptly.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• ITI, diploma, or relevant technical training in Electronics, Electrical, Networking, or a related field is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in CCTV installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Knowledge of DVR/NVR systems, IP cameras, networking, and basic LAN configuration.
• Ability to identify and resolve technical faults independently.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work at different company sites, if required.
