CCTV Technician

We are looking for an experienced CCTV Technician to handle the installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of CCTV and ELV security systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, and commission IP and analog CCTV systems.
• Install and configure CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, monitors, PoE switches, and related equipment.
• Perform CCTV system troubleshooting, fault finding, and corrective maintenance.
• Configure camera settings, recording systems, network connectivity, and remote viewing.
• Perform Cat6/network cable termination, testing, and basic networking.
• Carry out camera alignment, focusing, and positioning to ensure proper coverage.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and attend customer sites for technical support.
• Read and understand basic CCTV layouts, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, clients, and subcontractors during project execution.
• Prepare basic installation, maintenance, and service reports.
• Ensure all work is completed according to project specifications and safety standards.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a CCTV Technician / ELV Technician.
• Strong hands-on experience with IP CCTV, DVR/NVR, and CCTV troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of networking, IP addresses, PoE, and switches.
• Experience in CCTV installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of Access Control, Intercom, or other ELV systems is an advantage.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is an advantage.
• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Networking, or a related field is preferred.
