What they need
- Lead the installation, configuration, and maintenance of advanced CCTV and ELV systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across various CCTV and ELV platforms, minimizing system downtime.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to guarantee the longevity and reliability of all installed equipment.
- Supervise and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance on technical procedures and best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or relevant certification is a strong advantage.
- Possession of industry-recognized certifications (e.g., BICSI, specific manufacturer certifications) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in installing and maintaining CCTV and ELV systems.
- Proven expertise in network infrastructure, access control, fire alarm, and structured cabling systems.
