What they need
CDD Assistant / Officer, Compliance Team (1.5 years Contract)
Responsibilities
· Perform daily reviews of hit alerts generated by name screening systems (iFingate)
· Follow up with business units and frontline teams to obtain missing documents or clarify potential alert hits
· Maintain accurate, auditable records
· Support the Compliance Team on ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
· Form 5 / DSE graduate / Higher Diploma or above
· 1 year working experience in AML field is preferred
· Familiarity with iFinGate or other name-screening / e-KYC tools is a strong advantage.
· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Chinese Word Processing.
· Self-initiative, able to work independently with good analytical skills
· Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
· Immediately available will be an advantage
