Role Purpose

The Media Junior Analyst is a CDD role integrated in the central media team, who is translating media performance into business outcomes for Nissan

As Media Junior Analyst, you will contribute to the group omnichannel acceleration by being accountable for delivering the reports that are communicated to decision makers and their teams across the group. You will build Insights from the combination of Business, Market and Customer information - both quantitative and qualitative. Sitting within the Digital team, you will unlock value from the business & customer knowledge we have at group level. Leveraging tailored customer & market research and working closely with business teams, you will identify opportunities that unlock value for both the customers and the business. You will be managing Customer and Market Research delivered by external partners, to inform your own reports. Your analytic skills combined with your story-teller talent will enable you to deliver rigorous and high-quality content in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Run analysis based on Channels and set KPIs combined with inputs from about their performances
• Weekly campaign reporting and optimisation recommendation
• Write sharp, data-driven & bullet proof Insights
• Work in close collaboration with a data analyst to ensure effective and meaningful reports and strategic notes delivery (regular and adhoc ones)
• Manage the Strategic Insights reports delivery
• Support cross function teams in central department
• Provide data driven learnings and recommendation to improve the ROIs
• Build impactful charts to feed your analysis and reports
• Deliver relevant and compelling content formats from reports to presentation.
• Inspire and foster innovation with relevant selection of Trends
• Build best practices knowledge base for internal training.

Skills & Experience

• Build digital business, customer, competitive and trends analysis
• Have great analytic skills, handle and be agile with data sources and business KPIs
• Collaborate with stakeholders with different backgrounds, working in different departments, and with various levels of seniority
• Be autonomous and driven by quality

Experience

• A degree level education.
• Background knowledge / understanding of digital marketing – Social Media Platforms, social trends. Basic knowledge or understanding of search marketing in general is desirable
• Master Excel and PowerPoint and design impactful reports and presentations
• English with excellent speaking and written level
• Excellent communication skills bringing energy, determination, and proactivity
• Knowledge of French language is a plus (Not Mandatory)
