CDI Growth Manager

For our client, we are seeking a CDI Growth Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $143,200 – $196,900 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop CDI growth strategies aligned with organizational goals and revenue objectives
• Partner with healthcare executives and other stakeholders to strengthen client relationships and drive retention
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored market strategies and solutions
• Provide expertise in CDI programs, coding practices, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor metrics and prepare executive-level reports demonstrating business impact

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university with 8 years of healthcare experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of healthcare experience
• 8 years of Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) experience
• 3 years working in or with hospitals on revenue cycle operations, particularly in physician documentation and coding
