About you
- PHRN / USRN qualification
- At least 1 year of experience in CDI, clinical documentation review, or medical coding
- Experience reviewing inpatient or outpatient medical records
- Knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS, DRG, CC/MCC
- Experience with physician queries
- Understanding of SOI (Severity of Illness) and ROM (Risk of Mortality)
