We are seeking experienced and safety-focused CDL A Drivers to join our growing transportation team. Responsibilities:

• Operate tractor-trailer combinations safely and efficiently across regional or long-haul routes
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicle and equipment
• Transport freight in accordance with all applicable DOT regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery information
• Secure cargo properly using appropriate equipment and load securement techniques
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and warehouse personnel
• Plan routes efficiently to ensure on-time deliveries while maximizing fuel economy
• Respond professionally to changing schedules, weather conditions, and unexpected delays
• Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or incidents immediately to management
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned vehicle
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and submit in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service at pickup and delivery locations

Requirements:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
• Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years
• Ability to pass DOT physical examination and drug screening
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and hours of service requirements
• Excellent driving skills in various weather and road conditions
• Ability to lift and move freight up to 50 pounds when necessary
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to sit for extended periods and maintain focus during long drives
