The pay is high because the freight is hands-on — you unload at the stores — and the miles are short, so you're home weekly for your 34-hour reset. If you've got customer-service sense and don't mind touch freight, this seat pays like few others.

Your week A dedicated retail account within about 700 miles of the Front Royal, VA distribution center — Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Freight is 100% driver-unload, box by box on rollers, a minimum of 3 loads a week, with 1 to 6 stops per trailer. Runs can include nights, weekends and holidays as they fall, and you're home weekly for your reset.

Your truck A 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth, assigned, with 24/7 dispatch.

What You Need

• Valid Class A CDL in your state of residence, age 21 or older
• Recent, verifiable CDL-A driving experience
• Able to hand-unload freight, box by box, with strong customer service
• Acceptable driving record; no more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years
• No DUI/DWI in the past 5 years
• DOT physical and hair and urine drug screen; a doubles endorsement is preferred but not required
