Hop and Skip LLC is looking to hire dependable Class A CDL drivers for local container transportation in the Tampa/Winter Haven area. If you are reliable, hardworking, and want steady work with a company that values its drivers, we'd like to hear from you.
Position Overview

• Home every day
• Work as an independent contractor on a 1099-NEC basis — we do not take taxes out of your pay
• Part-time to start, with the opportunity to grow into full-time
• Weekends optional
• Flexible schedule
• Local drayage — Tampa/Winter Haven

Compensation & Benefits

• Paid per load
• Amazon loads: paid by percentage
• Inspection bonus
• Direct communication with dispatch

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• TWIC card required
• Current DOT medical card
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving experience
• Clean driving record
• Drayage and intermodal experience preferred
• Amazon relay/freight experience preferred
• Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Tampa, FL
• Must be able to respond promptly to dispatch instructions
• Self-sufficient and able to work with minimal supervision
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test — drug-free workplace
