CDL-A OTR Driver Wanted — Strong Pay, Supportive Dispatch

CT Transportation is bringing on experienced CDL-A drivers. Steady freight, real miles, no forced dispatch.

PAY & MILES

• Up to $0.95 CPM (Team) | Up to $0.75 CPM (Solo)
• 6,000+ miles/week (Team) | 4,000+ miles/week (Solo)
• Weekly performance bonuses
• Weekly advance pay up to $250 on request

HOME TIME

• Out 3-4 weeks, home 3-5 days
• Flexible reset locations

EQUIPMENT

• 2022–2026 Freightliner, Volvo, Kenworth
• APU-equipped, premium mattress, microwave
• Governed 70-75 MPH
• 24/7 roadside support

FREIGHT

• 99% no-touch, drop & hook
• Dry Van, Reefer, Hazmat, Flatbed
• Amazon, UPS, and contracted freight
• Consistent lanes, nationwide, year-round

PAY STRUCTURE

• 1099 independent contractor position

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Class A CDL
• 1+ year CDL-A experience
• NO SAP
• Clean MVR (last 3 years)
• Pass DOT physical & drug test
