CDL-A Regional Flatbed Driver Trainer – $0.69/Mile + $150/Day Training Pay

Hiring Immediately: We’re looking for experienced, safety-focused CDL-A Driver Trainers who are passionate about mentoring new drivers and passing on the right way to do the job.

Driver Trainer Pay:

• $0.69 CPM, whether you have a trainee or not
• $150 per day when a trainee is on your truck (up to $750 extra per 5-day week)
• 3 weeks of paid time off accrued weekly, paid at $200/day
• Paid holidays at $200/day
• Weekly pay with direct deposit
• Longevity Bonuses Additional $0.01 CPM for milestones

What You’ll Do:

• Mentor and train new GHI drivers on the road
• Teach safe driving habits, defensive driving, and flatbed load securement
• Coach trainees on pre-trip inspections, hours of service, and company procedures
• Evaluate trainee progress and report feedback to the safety team
• Lead by example as a safe, professional GHI driver

Job Requirements:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A)
• Minimum 5 years of tractor-trailer driving experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a driver trainer
• Flatbed experience preferred
• Smith System or LLLC training preferred
• Safe driving record and strong communication skills

Wage Range: 0.69 - 0.69 per mile
