CDL A Trainee Driver - Paid Training

Blue Ridge Haulers is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for our Eastern Regional Fleet. Just finished CDL school? Skip the guesswork. This role is ideal for new drivers who hold a valid Class A CDL but do not yet have professional tractor-trailer experience. Drivers complete a mentorship program before moving into steady regional freight, running mostly no-touch drop-and-hook loads in modern equipment.

Practical Paid Training Program

• 3 to 4 weeks (200 to 250 hrs) with an experienced trainer / mentor
• Paid training program at $850 per week with guaranteed weekly pay throughout training
• $300 orientation bonus on your very first paycheck
• Hands-on practice: pre-trip inspections, backing, and log accuracy
• Immediate transition to full solo pay and your own truck upon completion

Consistent Earnings and Miles (After Training)

• $1,400 to $1,600 per week average solo pay
• $1,800 per week for top earners
• Average 2,800 miles per week

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A)
• Age 21 or older
