CDL A Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a CDL Class A Warehouse Associate for our West Chester, OH facility. This role combines local and regional driving assignments with warehouse operations, including preparing, organizing, loading, and unloading products and delivery trucks. A valid CDL Class A license is required for this position.

• Location: 8900 Global Way West Chester, OH 45071

• Schedule: Mon-Sat (5 days), 40-45hrs, 8-10 hrs shifts depending on volume

• Driving: Interstate- Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana

• Overnight routes: Staying out 2 nights a week. Food and hotel covered.

• This is a Union represented position

• $31.50/hour

Warehouse Operations Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, verify, record, and organize deliveries and shipments.

• Pick, assemble, palletize, stage, and safely load or unload products.

• Maintain accurate inventory and report discrepancies, damages, defects, and returns.

• Prepare trucks for delivery routes and operate forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, and other equipment safely.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse while following food safety, sanitation, quality, and workplace safety procedures.

• Perform routine equipment and safety checks.

CDL A Driving Responsibilities

• Safely operate tractor-trailer equipment on assigned delivery routes and comply with dispatch instructions, route schedules, and transportation regulations.

• Deliver products to customers, stores, warehouses, and other designated locations while coordinating with receiving personnel.

• Complete required truck logs, delivery records, invoices, maintenance records, and electronic logging device entries using smartphones and scanners.

• Conduct required pre-trip, post-trip, and safety inspections.

• Communicate customer needs and delivery issues to the appropriate team.

• Work outdoors and in changing weather conditions as required.

Required Qualifications

• Must meet all requirements set forth in the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s Final Rule regarding the issuance and renewal of Commercial Driver’s Licenses (CDLs).

• Valid CDL Class A license and at least one year of verifiable, safe commercial driving experience.

• Valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal identification for military base access.

• Ability to pass a drug test, motor vehicle record review, background check, and required equipment certifications.

• Ability to repeatedly lift, bend, carry, push, and pull products in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Availability to work flexible schedules, including both warehouse and CDL A driving duties.

• Demonstrated attention to detail, commitment to safety, and ability to follow instructions and perform additional duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Warehouse, distribution, or order fulfillment experience.

• Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, or warehouse management systems.

• Direct store delivery experience (DSD).

• Experience loading and securing products on delivery vehicles.
