CDL Charter Bus Driver – Full-Time

Bus Connection, an upscale charter transportation company, is seeking dependable, professional, and customer-service-oriented Class A or B CDL Charter Bus Drivers to join our team.

Our chauffeurs are an important part of the experience we provide to our clients. We are looking for individuals who take pride in safe driving, maintain a professional appearance, and understand the importance of delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate charter buses for corporate events, schools, sports teams, weddings, airport transfers, private groups, and other charter transportation
• Provide safe, reliable, and professional transportation according to assigned schedules and itineraries
• Welcome passengers with a friendly and professional attitude
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every trip
• Maintain professional communication with passengers, clients, group leaders, and dispatch
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections
• Maintain a clean and professional personal appearance
• Keep the assigned bus clean and presentable for each trip
• Assist passengers with boarding and luggage when appropriate
• Follow all applicable DOT/FMCSA regulations and company safety policies

Requirements

• Valid Class A or Class B CDL
• Passenger (P) Endorsement
• Qualified to operate vehicles equipped with air brakes
• Current DOT Medical Card
• Clean driving record
• Must meet applicable DOT/FMCSA driver qualification requirements
• Ability to pass required pre-employment drug testing
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional, friendly, and courteous attitude
• Dependable and punctual
• Flexible availability, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to read, write, and speak English as required for commercial driving duties
• Reliable smartphone with internet access
• No Criminal Record

Previous experience as a charter bus driver, motorcoach driver, school bus driver, shuttle bus driver, or other commercial passenger driver is preferred but not required.

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
