CDL Class A Driver

This position is based in Manchester, TN and will run a dedicated route. Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Drive commercial vehicles safely and professionally while adhering to all state and federal regulations
• Transport freight to designated locations with a focus on timely and efficient delivery
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of mileage, fuel consumption, and other important data
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and report any issues to management promptly
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• At least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• CDL with all endorsements required by company policy
• 3 years of driving experience preferred
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screens, physicals, and background checks
• Drug-free and alcohol-free driver history for the last 3 years
• Good vision, hearing, and speech required for phone communication with dispatchers and customers
• Willingness to work a dedicated schedule with home daily

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $28.00 per hour
