You’ll be the backbone of our logistics operation, ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining safety and compliance standards. Overview:

• Predictable power lanes with a high volume of freight.
• Consistent freight allows for maximum drive time and less down time.
• Dispatched in advance, allowing for improved planning.
• 95% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight.

Pay and bonus potential:

• Mileage pay.
• Monthly performance pay.
• Monthly.
• Sign-on bonus paid over 6 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 12 months, plus 5 days of holiday pay per year.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Atleast 2 years of Class A driving experience.
• No more than two moving violations in 3 years.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate tractor-trailers and other commercial vehicles across regional routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) standards.
• Plan routes effectively to optimize delivery times while minimizing fuel consumption and vehicle wear.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance records.
• Communicate proactively with dispatch teams regarding delivery schedules, route changes, or any issues encountered on the road.

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience in truck driving, including route driving and delivery operations.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and compliance standards related to commercial driving.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple stops across regional routes confidently.
