CDL Class A Driver

MPW Infrastructure group is looking for an experienced Class A CDL Driver to join our team hauling heavy equipment to and from job sites. This position will primarily involve transporting construction equipment using Lowboy and RGN trailers. We’re looking for a dependable, safety-focused driver who is comfortable loading, securing, transporting, and unloading heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport heavy construction equipment to and from jobsites.
• Operate Lowboy and RGN trailers.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload equipment safely.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of trucks and trailers.
• Ensure loads are properly secured and comply with DOT requirements.
• Coordinate with dispatch, project teams, and job site personnel for pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain required driver logs, inspection records, and transportation documentation.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures.
• Keep trucks and trailers clean and in professional condition.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Clean and acceptable driving records.
• Previous experience hauling heavy equipment preferred.
• Experience with Lowboy and/or RGN trailers strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of proper load securement, weight distribution, and DOT requirements.
• Comfortable transporting construction and heavy equipment.
• Ability to safely load and unload equipment.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
