As our distribution network continues to grow, we are looking for experienced and highly dependable CDL Class A Drivers to join our logistics operation in West Palm Beach.

Position Overview

The CDL Class A Delivery Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently transporting refrigerated products from our West Palm Beach distribution facility to Ideal Nutrition retail and distribution locations.

Our drivers are an important part of our operation. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their equipment, maintain a professional appearance, prioritize safety, and understand the importance of reliable, on-time deliveries.

This is not an over-the-road position. Drivers return home daily.

Compensation

$30.00–$32.00 per hour, based on experience, driving record, and qualifications.

Overtime opportunities may be available based on operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles, including refrigerated trucks and tractor-trailers.
• Complete scheduled local and regional deliveries safely and on time.
• Transport refrigerated food products while maintaining required temperature standards.
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Verify loads and delivery documentation before departure.
• Properly secure cargo before transportation.
• Maintain accurate driver logs, inspection reports, and delivery documentation.
• Follow all DOT, FMCSA, company safety, and transportation requirements.
• Maintain excellent communication with dispatch and operations personnel.
• Immediately report vehicle issues, accidents, delays, temperature concerns, or other delivery exceptions.
• Maintain the cleanliness and professional condition of assigned vehicles.
• Represent Ideal Nutrition professionally when interacting with store employees, franchise partners, vendors, and other members of the public.
• Assist with the safe movement of meal crates, pallets, and other products during deliveries when required.
• Follow all company food-safety, cold-chain, security, and transportation procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
• Minimum 2 years of professional Class A driving experience preferred.
• Clean and safe driving record.
• Current DOT Medical Card.
• Strong knowledge of DOT and FMCSA safety requirements.
• Ability to safely operate refrigerated commercial vehicles.
• Experience with local or multi-stop delivery routes strongly preferred.
• Reefer, foodservice, grocery, or refrigerated distribution experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to perform required physical duties associated with commercial deliveries.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with dispatch.
• Must successfully complete all required pre-employment screening and meet company insurance requirements.
