CDL Class A Hostler/ shuttle driver - Mid shift

Shuttle Driver – Join Our Team at Rex Nova Transportation!

Schedule: Monday – Friday |5PM - Until done
Pay: $300.00 per day

What You’ll Do as a Shuttle Driver; You’ll be responsible for:

• trailer movements within our customer’s yard, our PDC, and our dock doors
• Monitoring and addressing trailer door assignments.
• Quickly adapting to fill in for call-outs.
• Maintaining a safety-first mindset and ensuring compliance with all procedures.
• Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Safely shuttle trailers between designated locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely shuttle trailers between designated locations
• Maintain awareness and prioritize safety in all environments.
• Perform pre-trip inspections on trailers and tractor.
• Use a walkie-talkie to receive and relay instructions.
• Report maintenance needs and assist in optimizing trailer flow.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of driving experience.
• Clean driving record and at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Leadership experience or ability to train and guide others.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety, efficiency, and adaptability.
