We are currently onboarding experienced CDL-A drivers for local runs out of the Sacramento and Bay Area. This seat is built for drivers who want to be home every single day, run a reefer trailer, and keep a predictable schedule without sacrificing solid weekly pay.

Home Time & Schedule

• Home time is daily. No multi-day stretches on the road
• Day and night shift options are both available
• Holiday work happens as scheduled, with time off requests heard and honored

Freight Details

• Local deliveries around Sacramento and the Bay Area
• Mostly drop and hook delieveries
• 100% no-touch freight

Equipment

• Reefer trailer assignment
• Freightliners/ International automatic transmissions
• Well maintained equipment kept in strong running condition

Orientation

• Paid orientation to get you road ready fast
• Hands on training with experienced trainers
• Fast track process to get you into your seat and running

Driver Responsibilities

• Own every Class A tractor trailer operation on each run, taking full accountability for safety and professionalism at every stage
• Complete thorough vehicle inspections before and after every haul
• Maintain accurate ELD documentation and stay in full compliance with DOT rules
• Verify every load is properly staged and secured before departure
• Keep dispatch informed with clear and timely updates throughout every delivery

Minimum Requirements

• A valid and active Class A CDL is required
• No endorsements required
• Minimum age: 21
• A clean and fully verifiable driving history
• A completely clean drug and alcohol clearinghouse record
• Must pass a DOT physical exam and drug screening before the first day
