Job Description

C&G Freight Solutions LLC is now hiring experienced and dependable CDL Class A OTR Drivers with mandatory reefer experience.

We are looking for professional, safety-focused drivers who are ready to run nationwide OTR routes and join a growing transportation company.

Pay

• 25% of Gross Revenue
• Average Weekly Pay: $1,800–$3,000
• Paid by Direct Deposit

Driver Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A License
• Minimum of 2 years of verifiable CDL Class A driving experience
• Reefer experience is mandatory
• Safe driving record
• Must meet all DOT requirements
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Safely operate commercial trucks (CDL A) on long-haul routes, including over-the-road driving and route planning using GPS navigation.
• Transport refrigerated cargo with attention to load securement and temperature control requirements.
• Adhere to DOT regulations, safety protocols, and company policies; perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections.
• Coordinate deliveries with customers and dispatch.
• Maintain logbooks, fuel management, and preventative maintenance; report any mechanical issues promptly.
