CDL Class A Team Drivers – Amazon Dedicated Contracts

NVG Logistics INC is hiring experienced CDL Class A Team Drivers for dedicated Amazon transportation contracts. (Minimum of 2 yrs of CDL-A Class)

We are looking for reliable, safety-focused drivers who want consistent Amazon work, weekly pay, and structured work schedules.

Compensation

• Weekly pay
• Compensation is based on a percentage of weekly gross revenue
• 27%–32% of weekly gross revenue
• Pay percentage is determined by the drivers' CDL experience and previous Amazon experience
• Drivers with strong Amazon experience and a proven safety/performance record may qualify for a higher percentage
• 1099 / Independent Contractor position
• Earnings vary depending on the Amazon contract, operating area, and route

Schedule

This position is for SOLO Drivers operating under dedicated Amazon contracts.

Depending on the specific contract and operating area, team schedules may include:

• 3 blocks of 37 hours or 5 blocks of 13hours/ a week.

The remaining time outside the contracted block is generally available for the driver to stay home and enjoy time off, depending on the specific contract and operating area.

The exact schedule, route, operating area, and work block will be discussed during the hiring process.

Job Duties

• Safely operate a Class A commercial motor vehicle as part of a two-driver team
• Pick up and deliver Amazon freight according to the assigned schedule
• Arrive on time for scheduled Amazon pickups, deliveries, and facility appointments
• Follow all Amazon transportation, safety, and operating procedures
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Safely couple and uncouple trailers when required
• Properly secure and handle freight
• Follow all DOT regulations and Hours-of-Service requirements
• Maintain accurate logs and required transportation documentation
• Complete Amazon facility check-in and check-out procedures
• Communicate professionally with Amazon facility personnel and dispatch
• Report delays, accidents, incidents, equipment issues, or other problems promptly
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment
• Work effectively and respectfully with your team partner

Amazon Experience

Previous Amazon transportation experience is strongly preferred.

Candidates should ideally have experience with:

• Amazon fulfillment centers and delivery stations
• Amazon facility check-in and check-out procedures
• Yard operations and trailer movements
• Scheduled appointments and on-time performance requirements
• Amazon transportation and safety procedures
• Amazon driver applications and electronic systems
• Facility-specific rules and operating procedures
• Communicating with Amazon site personnel

Previous Amazon experience may qualify drivers for a higher percentage of weekly gross revenue, depending on experience, safety record, and performance.

Driver Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A
• Minimum 2 years of CDL Class A driving experience
• Clean driving record
• Clean background
• Safe and responsible driving history
• Previous Amazon experience strongly preferred
• Reliable and professional work ethic
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Ability to follow schedules, safety procedures, and company requirements
• Ability to pass all required DOT and employment screening

Fixed Driver Costs

For full transparency, the following fixed costs apply:

• Occupational Accident Insurance: $185/month
• Security Deposit: $2,500
• Paid over 25 weekly payments of $100
• No $2,500 upfront payment is required
