We are seeking an experienced, dependable CDL Class A Tanker Driver who takes pride in their work and is interested in a long-term driving opportunity.

Compensation & Earning Opportunities

Estimated Annual Earnings: $75,000–$85,000

• Competitive load-based compensation.
• Our primary Arizona route currently pays $800 per completed load.
• Our established operating schedule typically targets two loads per week.
• Additional regional routes may offer different pay rates depending on mileage, destination, and assignment requirements.
• Detention compensation when applicable and authorized.
• Quarterly performance bonus opportunities.
• Annual loyalty bonus opportunity.

Our freight has remained consistent, and we work to maintain efficient scheduling and dependable assignments.

Actual compensation is based on completed loads. Routes, load rates, schedules, and earnings may vary according to customer needs and operating conditions.

Routes & Freight

Our primary freight operations focus on Arizona, with additional regional routes that may include:

• Nevada
• Utah
• Oregon
• Colorado
• California

We make an effort to keep our routes closer to Idaho whenever customer needs and freight availability allow.

Freight transported includes:

• Milk
• Cream
• Juice
• Other non-hazardous liquid commodities

We specialize in tanker transportation and do not currently transport hazardous materials.

Driver Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer with tanker equipment.
• Complete assigned pickups and deliveries safely and on schedule.
• Conduct required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records.
• Comply with all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety requirements.
• Communicate promptly regarding delivery schedules, delays, and equipment concerns.
• Report maintenance issues and mechanical concerns.
• Maintain assigned equipment in clean and professional condition.
• Demonstrate accountability, dependability, and professionalism.

Driver Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A driver’s license.
• Tanker endorsement required.
• Experience operating Class A tractor-trailers.
• Acceptable motor vehicle record and driving history.
• Current DOT medical certification.
• Ability to meet applicable DOT drug and alcohol testing requirements.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Commitment to safe driving and proper equipment care.
• Dependable and professional work ethic.

Quarterly Performance Bonus

Up to $250 Per Quarter

Eligible drivers may earn quarterly performance bonuses based on:

• Safe driving practices.
• On-time delivery performance.
• Dependability and communication.
• Proper equipment maintenance and care.
• Compliance with company policies and DOT regulations.

Bonus eligibility is based on established performance and safety requirements.

Annual Loyalty Bonus

$1,000 Annual Loyalty Bonus Opportunity

Drivers who successfully complete their first year of employment may qualify for a $1,000 loyalty bonus.

Eligible drivers may continue to qualify for annual loyalty bonuses based on continued employment, satisfactory performance, and compliance with company policies.

All bonuses are subject to eligibility requirements.

Our primary routes currently operate between Idaho and Arizona, with additional regional assignments depending on customer needs.
