CDL Driver (Class A) Concrete Driver

BarnesCRETE is a rapidly growing concrete supplier looking to add dedicated Class A CDL drivers to our awesome team! We are looking for driver/operators for our state-of-the-art volumetric concrete trucks. These concrete trucks mix on-site to provide our customers with the freshest possible concrete. Our truck's technology and superior customer service are growing our company exponentially with no end in sight.

Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)

• Operate volumetric mixer truck in a safe manner.
• Operate a wheel loader in order to reload trucks with material multiple times a day.
• Maintain professionalism with customers.
• Adhere to a fluctuating schedule.
• Perform daily pre/post trip inspections.
• Obey applicable laws and follow dispatch instructions.
• Perform proper routine maintenance to the truck and keep it clean.
• Maintain close communication with dispatch and other overhead throughout the day.

Work Requirements

• Must be 25 years in age or older.
• Must pass DOT physical, drug screen and criminal background check.
• MVR must meet company and DOT standards.
• Adhere to safety standards.
• Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors, and the general public at all times.
• Must be responsive to dispatch and comply with all work related instructions and directives from dispatch, supervisors, and management
• Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.
• Compliance with all OSHA and/or MSHA regulations.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with little overhead.
• Must be flexible and able to go with the flow when changes happen.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
