What they need

Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable, safety-focused CDL Driver to join our team. This is an opportunity for a professional driver who takes pride in their work, their equipment, and the service they provide to customers.

We believe good drivers deserve to be treated like professionals. We value reliability, communication, respect, safety, and work-life balance and strive to provide our drivers with the support and equipment they need to do their jobs well.

Whether you're an experienced driver or looking for a company where you can build a long-term career, we want people who take pride in being part of a team—not just someone behind the wheel.

What You'll Do

  • Safely operate commercial motor vehicles in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies
  • Transport and deliver materials or freight safely and efficiently to designated locations
  • Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Ensure cargo and equipment are properly secured before and during transport
  • Follow all applicable traffic laws, safety regulations, and company procedures
  • Complete required paperwork, delivery documentation, logs, and electronic records accurately
  • Communicate with dispatch regarding routes, deliveries, delays, equipment issues, and changing conditions
  • Provide professional and courteous service to customers and job-site personnel
  • Assist with loading, unloading, or securing materials as required
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained truck and equipment
  • Report accidents, safety concerns, mechanical problems, or other issues promptly
  • Manage time effectively and complete assigned routes and deliveries reliably
  • Represent the company professionally while on the road and at customer locations

Responsibilities

Safety First
Operate equipment responsibly and maintain a strong commitment to safe driving practices at all times.

Reliable Service
Arrive on time, communicate when issues arise, and complete assigned work efficiently and professionally.

Equipment Care
Treat company trucks and equipment with care and promptly communicate maintenance or mechanical concerns.

Professionalism
Represent the company with a positive attitude and respectful communication toward customers, coworkers, dispatchers, and the public.

Communication
Maintain clear communication with dispatch and management throughout the workday and keep required documentation current and accurate.

Teamwork
Work cooperatively with drivers, dispatch, mechanics, customers, and other team members to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate tractor-trailers, including refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, and roll-off trucks, adhering to all DOT (Department of Transportation) and FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations
  • Plan and execute over-the-road (OTR) driving routes using GPS navigation systems to ensure efficient delivery schedules
  • Load and unload freight with proper manual handling techniques, ensuring cargo safety and security during transit
  • Transport hazardous materials (hazmat) and dangerous goods following all hazardous materials regulations and safety protocols
  • Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, deliveries, and vehicle inspections in compliance with DOT regulations
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips to identify maintenance needs or safety issues
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch teams to coordinate route adjustments or address delivery issues

What We're Looking For

  • Valid Class A or Class B CDL, depending on position
  • Safe and responsible driving history
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team
  • Ability to communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and coworkers
  • Ability to safely operate and care for commercial equipment
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Ability to work independently and make responsible decisions in the field
  • Previous commercial driving experience preferred, but requirements may vary by position
  • We're Looking for Drivers Who Want More Than Just a Job.

If you're dependable, safety-minded, take pride in your work, and want to work for a company that recognizes the value of its drivers, we'd like to hear from you.
