We're looking for a dependable, safety-focused CDL Truck Driver to join our team in St. Anthony on 1st shift. What You'll Do

As a CDL Truck Driver, you'll play a vital role in supporting local agriculture by delivering bulk feed directly to our customers' farming operations. Every load you deliver helps our customers keep their operations running smoothly and successfully.

In This Role, You Will:

• Safely transport and unload bulk feed at customer locations.
• Ensure timely deliveries while maximizing efficiency and productivity.
• Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance on trucks and equipment.
• Keep vehicles clean, safe, and road-ready.
• Follow all company safety procedures and transportation regulations.
• Build strong relationships with customers through outstanding service.
• Represent Mercer Landmark with professionalism and a positive attitude.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is safety-conscious, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Class A CDL, or the willingness and ability to obtain one.
• Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and equipment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to perform physical job duties and work in varying weather conditions.
• Commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction.
