CDL Driver

Lando Excavation LLC is looking for a dependable and experienced Class A CDL Driver to join our team. We are an excavation and civil utilities contractor serving Colorado Springs and surrounding areas. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, operates equipment safely, and is comfortable working in a construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate commercial vehicles and equipment used in excavation and civil construction operations
• Transport construction equipment, materials, and supplies to and from job sites
• Load, secure, and unload equipment and materials in accordance with safety requirements
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate vehicle and driving records
• Assist with general job-site activities when needed
• Follow all company, OSHA, DOT, and job-site safety requirements
• Maintain a clean and professional vehicle and work environment
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, foremen, and other crew members

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required
• Clean driving record
• Current DOT medical card
• Previous experience hauling construction equipment or working in excavation/civil construction is preferred
• Ability to safely operate around heavy equipment and active construction sites
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical tasks as needed
