CDL DRIVER – TEAM ROUTE
Peak Lakes / Sachem Holdings – Neosho, Missouri

We are looking for a dependable, professional CDL driver to join our transportation team. This is a team-driving position with a predictable schedule that alternates every week.

THE ROUTE

Week 1:
Neosho, MO → Memphis, TN → Neosho, MO

Week 2:
Neosho, MO → Memphis, TN → North Rose, NY → Neosho, MO

Then the schedule repeats.

This position involves transporting live animals, so we are looking for someone who understands that safety, animal welfare, cleanliness, temperature management, and professionalism are all critical parts of the job.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Safely operate company commercial vehicles
• Work as part of a two-driver team on the New York route
• Complete required DOT logs, inspections, and paperwork
• Monitor vehicle and cargo conditions throughout the trip
• Maintain a clean and professional truck
• Assist with loading and unloading as needed
• Follow company animal-care and transportation procedures
• Communicate promptly regarding delays, mechanical issues, weather, or other concerns
• Represent the company professionally at pickup and delivery locations

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid CDL
• Acceptable driving record
• Ability to meet DOT medical requirements
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable with overnight and long-distance travel
• Able to work effectively in a team-driving environment
• Experience with reefer trucks, expedited freight, livestock, or live-animal transportation is helpful but not required
• Must take safety and animal welfare seriously

This is a great opportunity for a driver who wants a consistent route instead of being sent somewhere different every week. You will know the route, know the schedule, and be home regularly.

Compensation: Competitive and based on experience.
