• Our team is looking for qualified CDL Class A or B drivers like YOU that are ready to join our thriving team. Direct Services, Inc. is a small family-owned business established in 1976 that's still going strong. We are looking for professional full-time CDL A or B drivers. The qualified candidate(s) will be based out of the Marysville, OH area. This is a permanent position. Direct Services, Inc. will provide training to the right CDL driver who can demonstrate a strong motivation and willingness to learn. . The selected candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, breath alcohol test (BAT), and a DOT physical, and be able to read, write and speak English. Additionally, the selected candidate may be required to pass an English proficiency test and demonstrate knowledge of common roadside signs in accordance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and DOT regulations. Qualified candidates must have a clean driving record. (Please note: while our DOT-compliant new hire application only requires you to list traffic violations and suspensions from the last three years, some state Motor Vehicle Records (MVRs) may reflect information going back as far as six years. To help us hire safe, insurable drivers, we ask that all applicants disclose any traffic violations, convictions, or suspensions to their hiring manager during the interview process — even if they fall outside the three-year window on the application. Failure to disclose this information may result in the applicant no longer being considered for employment).

About the Role

• Join our team as a CDL Class A or B Driver in a dedicated, team-run operation based in Marysville, OH. This position offers a consistent work schedule, perfect for drivers seeking a solid work-life rhythm.

Schedule & Runs

• This role consists of dedicated runs, typically from Saturday through Tuesday/Thursday (between 2750-3500 miles per run).

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a commercial vehicle on a dedicated team route.
• Perform loading/offloading duties (freight is 10-20 lbs per piece).
• Ensure timely deliveries, monitor trailer temperatures, and verify cargo counts.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintain driving logs in accordance with company policy and DOT/FMCSA regulations.

Compensation & Pay Details

• Weekly Mileage Pay: Earn $620 per run.
• This is based on a rate of $0.72/mile for your portion of the drive (~860 miles per run as a team driver).
• Hourly Pay: A minimum of 2 hours of pay per run for loading and offloading procedures.
• Per Diem: Receive $30 for every 500 miles driven.
• Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly pay periods.
