CDL Driver

Join our team as a Class A CDL Driver delivering household and commercial goods, furniture, and equipment. This hands-on role combines tractor-trailer driving with loading and unloading, moving crew supervision, and customer service. Work alongside dispatchers and moving crews to complete deliveries safely and keep shipment records accurate. Starting pay is $25$29 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision benefits, generous paid time off, and a 401(k) match of up to 4%.

Responsibilities

• Drive a tractor-trailer to transport and deliver goods according to delivery schedules and shipping orders.
• Help load and unload household and commercial goods, furniture, and equipment, and supervise moving crews during loading and unloading.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, document vehicle condition, and keep assigned vehicles and equipment clean and safe to operate.
• Maintain driver logs and comply with drug-free workplace requirements.
• Provide customer service during deliveries, complete shipment paperwork, obtain customer signatures, and collect payments.
• Coordinate with dispatchers and moving crews, submit paperwork verifying crew hours, and report incidents.

Qualifications

• Class A commercial drivers license with airbrake endorsement.
• At least one year of driving experience with a commercial license.
• Experience supervising a crew.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly and regularly.
• Must pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug test.
• Preferred: prior moving company experience.

Compensation

Starting pay: $25$29 per hour.
