Good Tree Service is a professional tree care company specializing in tree removal, pruning, and emergency services. We are looking for a reliable CDL Driver with tree industry experience to join our growing team.

Position Overview

We’re seeking a skilled CDL Driver who is comfortable operating trucks and assisting with tree crew operations. This role combines driving responsibilities with hands-on field support.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL-required vehicles (chip trucks, log trucks, bucket trucks, etc.)
• Transport equipment, materials, and debris to/from job sites
• Assist crew with:
• Tree removals
• Chipping
• Rigging/ground operations
• Equipment setup & cleanup
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
• Follow all DOT and safety regulations

Requirements

• Valid CDL (Class A or B) with clean driving record
• Tree industry experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Strong work ethic and team attitude
• Knowledge of:
• Chippers
• Chainsaws
• Tree equipment (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience driving manual transmission
• Bucket truck experience
• Equipment/trailer hauling experience
• OSHA / safety certifications (a plus)
