CDL DUMP TRUCK DRIVER – FLEX DAY/NIGHT SHIFT

Machine Masters Trucking is looking for dependable CDL Dump Truck Drivers to join our team as flexible drivers for the upcoming winter season.

This position is ideal for an experienced driver looking for local work who has flexibility to work both day and night shifts as needed.

We are a growing Charlotte-area trucking company providing dump truck hauling services for roadway, asphalt, airport and construction projects throughout the region. Our drivers are home daily.

PAY:

• $24–$25 per hour depending on shift and experience
• Additional paid time for required pre-trip inspection and end-of-shift fueling
• Weekly pay
• Opportunity for increased pay based on performance, reliability and tenure

SCHEDULE:
This is a FLEX position. Drivers should be available for a combination of day and night shifts depending on workload.

Construction work can fluctuate because of weather, project schedules and seasonal demand, especially during the winter. We are looking for drivers who understand this and have the flexibility to work when opportunities are available.

Dependable drivers who consistently perform well and are flexible with scheduling will receive priority for available assignments.

• Valid CDL
• Safe and responsible driving record
• Dump truck/construction experience preferred
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to properly perform pre-trip inspections
• Willingness to work both days and nights
• Takes pride in taking care of assigned equipment
• Professional with customers and jobsite personnel
• Able to follow instructions and communicate effectively
• Comfortable working around construction sites, quarries and asphalt plants
