Responsibilities of a CDL Fleet Driver:

• Safely operate fleet vehicles in compliance with company policies and DOT regulations.
• Transport passengers safely and efficiently to designated locations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle.
• Assist passengers as needed with boarding, luggage, and accessibility requirements.
• Communicate with dispatch and operations teams regarding schedules, delays, and service updates.
• Complete required trip reports, inspection forms, and documentation.
• Report vehicle maintenance concerns promptly.
• Follow assigned routes, schedules, and operational procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.

Qualifications of a CDL Fleet Driver:

• Valid CDL required.
• Passenger endorsement preferred.
• Clean driving record and strong focus on safety.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and meet company driving standards.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable, professional, and punctual.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience operating buses, shuttles, motorcoaches, commercial vehicles, or passenger transportation vehicles preferred.
