CDL Hopper driver

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Hopper, while ensuring safe and timely delivery of Grain. This role requires a strong understanding of route driving, manual transmission, and the ability to load and unload at farm locations or elevators.

Responsibilities

• Operate trucks safely and efficiently.
• Execute route by calling customers ahead of time
• Load and unload Equipment, ensuring proper handling and securing of materials.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety compliance.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery status and any issues encountered during transport.

Requirements

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience in truck driving, particularly with Lowboy trailers.
• Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills for managing delivery logs and schedules.
• Physical ability to load and unload cargo as needed.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
