Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standard of safety and quality in all aspects of the job.
• Maintain daily vehicle inspections and reports (time sheets, mileage logs) assuring that each vehicle is safe and well maintained.
• Communicate to dispatchers of status throughout the day to various jobs assigned.
• Load the truck with the proper materials
• Perform basic maintenance and maintain the appearance of the mixer truck.
• Wash truck to clean off excess concrete on the truck or in the hopper when returning from a job.
• Ability to stand/ sit and drive for extended periods of time
• Ability to at times climb, bend and lift extension shutes
• Deliver concrete to customers in a timely and customer-friendly focused manner.

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• CDL A or B (Required)
• Driving: 1-2 years' experience
• Concrete Mini Mix experience 1-2 years (Preferred but willing to train the right person)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work overtime if needed and as well as Saturdays if needed.
• Team player
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including Overtime, Saturdays if needed.

What to Expect on the Job:

In this role you will deliver concrete in a concrete mixer truck and make concrete onsite to various job sites in the area. This role operates in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, humidity and elevated noise level.
