CDL Porter | Jackson, MS (36650)

Empire Truck Sales, LLC is one of the largest Freightliner/Western Star heavy truck dealerships in the Southeast. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Class A CDL Porter who is organized, has a strong attention to detail, and is a quick learner to join our Service Department team.

Basic Responsibilities:

• Cleans the shop daily

• Cleans outside grounds daily

• Picks up parts from outside suppliers as needed

• Other duties as assigned

• High School diploma or equivalent

• A valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License is required; must have a clean MVR

• Must possess proficient oral and written communication skills, technical skills, and functional skills

• Must be able to understand formulas in order to mix cleaning solutions and other chemicals

• Ability to operate cleaning equipment is essential

• Know how to efficiently operate hand tools or power tools and follow the safety polices set by the company

• Able to lift up to 65 pounds

• Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour

• Night Shift
