GO Riteway Transportation Group is hiring CDL Shuttle Drivers to support a dedicated construction workforce shuttle operation in New Florence, Missouri.

Multiple Shifts Available

Our New Florence operation runs morning, afternoon and evening shuttle assignments, giving qualified CDL drivers flexibility to select individual shifts or combine assignments based on availability and operational needs.

AM SHIFT

3:45 AM – 8:15 AM

Transport construction employees during the morning transportation window.

MIDDAY / AFTERNOON SHIFT

11:45 AM – 4:15 PM

Transport construction employees during the midday and afternoon transportation window.

NIGHT SHIFT

8:15 PM – 11:15 PM

Transport construction employees during the evening/night transportation window.

Looking for More Hours?

Drivers may have opportunities to combine multiple daily assignments, including:

• AM + Midday
• Midday + Night
• AM + Midday + Night
• Additional hours based on operational needs

Actual schedules and available assignments will vary based on operational needs.

Guaranteed Minimums

Qualifying assignments include a guaranteed 6-hour minimum.

At the $30.00/hour starting rate:

6-hour minimum = $180 guaranteed minimum pay

This means qualifying drivers can receive $180+ for a 6-hour minimum assignment, even when the scheduled driving time is shorter.

Position Responsibilities

As a CDL Shuttle Driver, you will:

• Safely transport construction employees between designated locations
• Operate shuttle vehicles
• Provide safe, courteous and professional passenger service
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain accurate trip, mileage and vehicle documentation
• Follow all traffic laws, DOT regulations and company safety policies
• Communicate with dispatch regarding pickups, drop-offs and route changes
• Help provide a safe, reliable and professional transportation experience

Required Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Valid Passenger (P) endorsement
• Safe driving record
• Ability to follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Preferred

• Previous shuttle, transit, passenger transportation or commercial driving experience
